We take our environment very seriously.

we aim to reduce the carbon footprints of residences within this prestige development. This will result in dramatically reduced operating costs in heating, cooling and hot water.
In addition, we really don’t like the idea of chopping down exotic, old-growth trees such as Jarrah, Oak or Maple – for use especially in flooring.
Particularly when there are very viable alternatives.
Amongst these alternatives is compressed bamboo – an easily renewable resource.
